Why did BRAUZZ. become POWR?
Within Planet B, two brands with sustainable laundry products existed side by side: BRAUZZ. and KLAAAR. Both believed in the same thing: washing without plastic, without unnecessary chemicals and without big jugs. But two brands also meant double communication, scattered attention and less room to invest in better formulas.
The decision was logical. Bring all knowledge and expertise together in one brand with more focus and a stronger formula. That brand is POWR.
What exactly are POWR laundry strips?

POWR laundry strips are the successors to the BRAUZZ. laundry strips: concentrated sheets of detergent that dissolve completely in your washing machine. The formula combines several active enzymes with pro-biotics and comes in three variants: for coloured, white and dark laundry.
The sustainable foundation remained unchanged: plastic-free, recyclable cardboard packaging, no microplastics, made in Europe and a box that simply fits through the letterbox.
Usage stayed the same too. One strip is one wash, and the strips work from cold water to boil wash. So you don't need to change your laundry routine.
What's better about the new formula?
The old BRAUZZ. laundry strips were based on a basic formula. They worked, but left room for improvement, especially with stubborn dirt or white laundry. POWR tackles this in a fundamentally different way.

The biggest difference lies in the enzyme technology. Different enzymes each tackle their own type of dirt:
- Protease: breaks down protein stains, such as blood, sweat and dairy
- Lipase: tackles grease and oil
- Amylase: dissolves starch residues, such as sauce
That's a fundamentally different approach from a single surfactant. The result is a deeper clean at all temperatures, even at 20 or 30°C. On top of that, the pro-biotics support a healthy microbiome in your textiles, so odours are slower to return.
