You can pay for your online order in several secure ways. Currently you can pay with:

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact hello@wondr.care and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

Sorry to hear that, and apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact hello@planetb.be about this. Leave your details there (address, photo of the problem) and let us know whether you would like to receive the product again or return it and get your money back.

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

• Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
• For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
• Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.

We do our best to give you top-quality products. Still, a product can occasionally get damaged in transit, or something can go wrong during production.

For our physical products we follow the 2-year legal warranty. This period starts on the day of delivery, so please keep your delivery note or your parcel tracking information.

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

A water-based perfume uses water as its base instead of alcohol.
This makes it smell clean and soft on application, without the stinging or drying effect alcohol can have. The scent develops calmly and naturally on your skin. A healthier choice.

Our perfume is deliberately formulated without ingredients that are known in Europe as a concern for hormonal balance.

We choose mild, safe fragrance ingredients that meet the strictest EU safety standards.

Yes. Our water-based formula is alcohol-free, skin-friendly and supported by a safe solubiliser that:

- is non-irritating
- is non-phototoxic
- and is 100% based on renewable raw materials and processes

A gentle, comfortable perfume for everyday use.

Spray the perfume onto dry skin, preferably on warm spots such as your neck, wrists or behind your ears. Give the scent a moment to develop; a water-based perfume opens softly and gradually deepens on your skin.

No, and that is the beauty of it. Every skin has its own natural scent, so a perfume comes to life differently on everyone. That is why you should always test Morning Glow on your skin to discover the true scent.

An eau de parfum (EDP) usually contains a higher concentration of fragrance than an eau de toilette. As a result, the scent develops more fully and with more layers on your skin. Our Golden Hour EDP is also water-based and alcohol-free, gentle on the skin and cleanly formulated.

Our water-based perfume contains no added colourants, so the risk of stains is minimal. Still, as with all perfumes, we recommend using it on your skin first and foremost.

Our WONDR perfume may change colour slightly over time, which is completely normal for formulas with natural fragrance components. Light, air or temperature can make the tint slowly turn a little warmer. This is purely a visual effect and has no impact on the scent or quality of the perfume.

Our perfume is water-based, not alcohol-based. That gives it a different feel on the skin. Water evaporates more slowly than alcohol, so the spray stays a little wetter on the skin after application and the perfume can feel slightly sticky at first. That is normal and disappears shortly, once the perfume has dried. That is why you should apply the perfume to your skin, not to your hair or clothes.
