We offer the following payment options:

Bancontact

Customers in Belgium and Germany can pay with Bancontact via Mollie.

Credit card

When placing your order, you provide your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically executed and your card is charged.

PayPal

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then automatically carried out by PayPal. Terms of delivery

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Except during the pre-sale period.

Unfortunately, no shipments are made on weekends or holidays.

If we are unable to process your order within 2 business days, we will contact you by email and let you know when we can process the order.

Postage costs

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on your geographic location.

We aim to deliver all our products within 2 working days. Except during the pre-sale period.

Injury

Refund Policy

At BRAUZZ. we want our customers to be happy with our products, so we offer a return within 14 days after the products have been shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted sale items cannot be refunded.

Transport damage

If you have received your package damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@brauzz.com. After contact, we will find a solution together. Please keep the entire packaging and the damaged goods if you file a complaint.

Dispatch

Refunds

Traded in products
