Zonnebloemolie

Zonnebloemolie is niet alleen een topper in de keuken, maar ook een must-have in je skincare-routine. Deze lichte, huidvriendelijke olie hydrateert intens zonder te verzwaren, verzacht droge plekjes en helpt de natuurlijke glans van je huid te versterken. Dankzij de zachte, kalmerende werking is het perfect voor dagelijks gebruik.

Jojoba olie

Jojoba olie lijkt qua samenstelling sterk op ons eigen talg of sebum. Als natuurlijk huidsmeer (smakelijk, we know) beschermt talg je (hoofd)huid tegen uitdroging en invloeden van buitenaf. En dát is precies wat jojoba olie ook doet.

Amandelolie

Amandelolie zorgt niet enkel ervoor dat je huid weer gevoed en gehydrateerd is, het zorgt daarnaast ook voor souplesse en geeft je huid een gezonde glans.

Druivenpitolie

Druivenpitolie is een populair ingrediënt in natuurlijke verzorgingsproducten. Door de hoge concentratie aan antioxidanten werkt druivenpitolie doeltreffend om onzuiverheden en huidveroudering tegen te gaan. Deze milde olie zorgt voor een betere elasticiteit en ondersteunt de vochtbalans van je huid.

Havermout extract

Rijk aan natuurlijke vetten, proteïnen en vitamine B die de huid helpen herstellen bij droogheid en trekkerigheid. Verzacht roodheid en zorgt voor een comfortabel, gekalmeerd gevoel.

Vitamine E

Ook vitamine E is een ijzersterke antioxidant. Het helpt je huid te beschermen tegen schadelijke invloeden van buitenaf en haar natuurlijke soepelheid behoudt.

Phyto Squalane

Hydrateert diep zonder vet aan te voelen, en maakt de huid zacht en glad. Het versterkt de natuurlijke huidbarrière en helpt vocht beter vast te houden, zodat je huid langdurig gehydrateerd blijft.

Kokosolie

What is the return policy?

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact hello@wondr.care and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

Delivery time & shipping costs

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.

I need help with my discount code

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

Wat is het garantiebeleid?

Wij doen ons uiterste best om jou te voorzien met topproducten. Toch kan het eens gebeuren dat een product beschadigd geraakt tijdens transport of dat er iets fout loopt bij de productie.

Voor onze materiële producten volgen wij de wettelijke garantie van 2 jaar. Deze termijn start op de dag van de levering. Bewaar daarom zeker de leveringsbon of de trackingsinformatie van jouw pakketje.

Can I still change my order after payment?

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to change an order once it has been placed. Orders are sent straight to the warehouse, which packs the parcels as quickly as possible. If you would still like to change something, please contact hello@planetb.be

Waarvoor dient de Cleansing cream Grape Vitality?

De Cleansing Cream is een rijke, oil-based cleanser die make-up, SPF en onzuiverheden moeiteloos verwijdert zonder de huid te irriteren. Ideaal als eerste stap in een double cleanse routine.

Welke oliën zitten er in de Cleansing cream?

De formule combineert zonnebloemolie, jojobaolie, zoete amandelolie en druivenpitolie met glycerine en squalane voor een zijdezachte reiniging en voeding van de huid.

Hoe gebruik ik de Cleansing cream?

Breng de cleanser aan op een droog gezicht, masseer zachtjes in om make-up en onzuiverheden los te weken, spoel daarna af met lauw water. Gebruik bij voorkeur als eerste stap voor een facewash bar.

Is de Cleansing cream geschikt voor gevoelige huid?

Ja, Avena Sativa (Haver) Extract kalmeert en verzacht de huid, terwijl de voedende oliën zonder irritatie reinigen. De formule is zacht genoeg voor gevoelige huidtypes.

Is de Cleansing cream vegan?

Ja, alle WONDR-producten zijn 100% vegan en dierproefvrij.
