You can pay for your online order in several secure ways. Currently you can pay with:

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact hello@wondr.care and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

Sorry to hear that, and apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact hello@planetb.be about this. Leave your details there (address, photo of the problem) and let us know whether you would like to receive the product again or return it and get your money back.

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

• Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
• For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
• Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

Wij doen ons uiterste best om jou te voorzien met topproducten. Toch kan het eens gebeuren dat een product beschadigd geraakt tijdens transport of dat er iets fout loopt bij de productie.

Voor onze materiële producten volgen wij de wettelijke garantie van 2 jaar. Deze termijn start op de dag van de levering. Bewaar daarom zeker de leveringsbon of de trackingsinformatie van jouw pakketje.

Ontvang je graag een factuur van je bestelling?

Contacteer dan hello@planetb.be en vermeld je bestelnummer en je facturatiegegevens. Dan maken we de factuur voor je op!

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to change an order once it has been placed. Orders are sent straight to the warehouse, which packs the parcels as quickly as possible. If you would still like to change something, please contact hello@planetb.be

Voor alle huidtypes. De milde formule reinigt zacht zonder uit te drogen en brengt de huid in balans.

Breng aan op natte huid, masseer zacht in en spoel af. Geschikt voor dagelijks gebruik.

Inuline is een prebioticum dat het natuurlijke microbioom van je huid ondersteunt. Zo blijft je huid in balans en voelt ze zacht en comfortabel aan.

Draai de pomp en het bovenstuk van de fles los en plaats de refill in de fles. Draai het bovenstuk terug op de fles tot je een klik hoort en zet de pomp er weer op. Klaar.

Ja. Dit product komt in een aluminium blik, en aluminium is eindeloos recycleerbaar zonder kwaliteitsverlies.

Deze body wash is speciaal ontwikkeld om je huid te reinigen en te verzachten, en is daarom niet bedoeld als shampoo. Voor je haar raden we onze Hair Boost shampoo en conditioner aan. Je koopt hiervoor een extra refill fles met de bijbehorende blikjes. Zo geef je je huid én je haar precies wat het nodig heeft.

Je koopt de fles één keer en vult 'm telkens bij met een WONDR refill. Draai de pomp los, plaats de refill in de fles, draai het bovenstuk vast en zet de pomp erop.

Spoel de pomp wel even schoon voor je een volgende refill plaatst, zeker als je overschakelt naar een ander product.
